Office Manager

to join the Valuement Middle East Team in Dubai.

Main responsabilities
  • Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence
  • Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
  • Implement, manage and maintain record keeping, confidential personnel files, purchasing and inventory control systems
  • Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts and systems
  • Support the HR Group on recruiting, hiring, training, payroll and benefit administration and on other HR tasks
  • Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
  • Record office expenditure and manage the budget

  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with strong attention to details
  • Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to be multitasking
  • Ability to take initiative, problem solve, and make decisions within job scope
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proactivity
  • Computer skills and knowledge of office software packages
  • 1-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Manager
  • Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of basic accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
  • Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
  • Open to wor4k with a diverse, multicultural population is considered an asset
