Main responsabilities
Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures, controlling correspondence
Design and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures
Implement, manage and maintain record keeping, confidential personnel files, purchasing and inventory control systems
Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts and systems
Support the HR Group on recruiting, hiring, training, payroll and benefit administration and on other HR tasks
Ensure that health and safety policies are up to date
Record office expenditure and manage the budget

Experiences
1-3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant or Project Manager
Knowledge of office management responsibilities, systems and procedures
Knowledge of basic accounting, data and administrative management practices and procedures
Knowledge of human resources management practices and procedures
Open to wor4k with a diverse, multicultural population is considered an asset
