Business Analyst/Consultant

to join our Team in Bari (Puglia)

Responsibilities:

By being part of the Operational Team, you will be responsible for carrying out analyses on financial transactions and on other kind of documents related to the clients of the Company and their suppliers;

Your main activities will consist in:
  • Developing a good knowledge of the client’s business, processes, tools, organization structure
  • and contracts
  • Developing a strong knowledge of large retail chains
  • Using and updating company tools
  • Sharing reports with the Management on a regular basis;
  • Performing analyses on relationships between our clients and their suppliers (payments, credit notes, invoices)
  • Identify any issues that are worth of further investigations
  • Dealing with the suppliers, by following up regularly about our requests
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accounting and finance knowledge;
  • Good command of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel- pivot, vlookup, macro); (SAP, AS400);
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Previous experience in the Retail/large retail chains/FMCG field or consulting companies as a plus
  • Ability to work in Team;
  • Strong numerical, analytical, organizational and problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to work in dynamic environments;
  • Pays attention to the Client;
  • Excellent verbal skills, including at telephone and written level;
  • Goals oriented;
Educational requirements
Degree/educational path in:
  • Economics, Statistics or similar
  • Computer science
  • Management Engineering
  • Law with excellent administrative focus

In possession of driving licence and car
